Kinoko and Wood Ear

Back on Fungaia, before going into space, Kinoko wore quite a different outfit to the one he wears now.

The most noticable difference was his pointy red travelling hat, which he was particularly attached to. Why? Because it covered his long ears, which were frequently a target for mockery amongst the other kuparkukes of the Enoki tribe. Here we see how Kinoko might have reacted to a situation that would have involved removing his hat.

(Though we’d be surprised to see Wood Ear of all kuparkukes mocking Kinoko for his looks!)
